Occupational Therapist - FT Weekend Track-every Saturday&Sunday

Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a full time weekend Occupational Therapist to join its team of dedicated healthcare providers. Schedule is every Saturday 12 hours and Sunday 12 hours.

What you will do:

• Our exceptional team of Occupational Therapists perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques
• Establishes, implements, and adapts an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency)
• Documents accurately and in a timely manner.

What you will need:

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree
• Current NYS OT license and registration
• 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experienced preferred
• Must be able to function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals.
• Flexibility, exceptional clinical reasoning skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.
