Salesforce Business Analyst

Primary Skills

10+ years of salesforce platform, Hands of BA/salesforce admin/configuration experience , Good communication skills, SDLC processes ,Sales & Service cloud.

Secondary Skills

Scrum Framework (Model, Events, Roles, Artifacts), Salesforce Platform-Apex, Salesforce

Job requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business engagement lead who manages the BA/Scrum master resources and responsibilities to deliver and manage operational roadmap

Interact with business stakeholders along with business engagement lead and architect to review roadmap/prioritization, review solution options and coordination cross functional implementation.

Provide functional solution options and hands of BA/salesforce admin/configuration options.

Hands on functional and Salesforce admin knowledge for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.

Good communication skills

10+ years of salesforce platform expertise.

Good understanding of SDLC processes, methodologies including security and compliance aspects of delivery and platform management.
