Account Manager for UK wide Diabetes

How you'll make an impact:

You will deliver defined sales revenue on territory through selling, account management, training and customer support activities.

Example activities you will complete:

Develop and implement a territory business plan and strategy for all accounts, completing and maintaining the relevant business planning documents, including objectives and KPIs.

Achieve territory sales growth in line with target through effective, contact rate, coverage and frequency and segmentation of new, developed and developing accounts

Positively contribute to achieving national revenue and pump sales target.

Review debt management monthly with NSM and Finance team, achieving account payment targets in line with company expectations.

Hold monthly update sessions with NSM, clinical trainers and Air Liquide colleagues where relevant.

Establish Air Liquide and the Tandem Insulin pump as a key choice for patients in key clinics on territory.

Establish key contacts within units, including Consultants, DSNs, HCP team and Procurement, recording in Business Planning documents.

Represent Air Liquide at National and Regional meetings, Congress and Patient events.

Attend training meetings where required and keep up to date with NHS and Industry changes.

Compliance with territory administration including pricing agreements, budget management, expenses and territory customer records.

Compliance with Air Liquide business ethics, code of conduct and SOPs.

Essential Skills

Degree or relevant work experience within a science or health related organisation, ideally within Diabetes

Minimum 3 years’ experience at Account Manager level
