Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop build, release, change management process, test management and test automation infrastructure solutions using JIRA, Git/ Gerrit / API and CLI’s in a software organization with development and test teams using the tools in multiple locations.
• Experience with JIRA, Git is desired, otherwise candidate must be willing to learn the tools to function in support and admin roles.
• Candidate should be having very good scripting skills in Perl, PHP, Python; with relational databases (MS SQL/ Oracle/ MySQL).
• Responsibilities include managing web application and automation framework solutions exploiting JIRA and Git to provide information services, tool and process customizations and to enhance the capabilities of the tools and support the build management tasks (package creation for customer specific builds) and working with development teams to co-ordinate and streamline the build tools and automation scripts.
• Job requires hands-on involvement in rollout and day-to-day maintenance activities related to the JIRA, Git, CI systems across the organization.
• Contribute in implementations of complex features on Google Cloud platform.
• Participate in design and code reviews.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree: EE or ECE or CS degree
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Test Automation activities.
• Experience with cloud systems leveraging RESTful and micro services principles.
• Experience in build automation, source control management, Continuous Integration tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Perl, PHP, Python
• Demonstrated expertise on Source Control systems: JIRA, Git.
• Working knowledge on Google Cloud, NodeJs, Jenkins.
• Hand-on experience in Windows, Linux and VMWare
• Storage and PCIe Switch domain knowledge is preferable
