The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading internet companies. What You'll Do:

• Mainly responsible for backend server testing and improving the quality. And also participate in system architecture stability improvement, including monitoring construction, load testing, Chaos engineering, and CICD, etc
• Responsible for building robust, and high–quality test automation solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing
• Responsible for automating test cases as well as writing reusable scripts/tools that help the team to reduce repetitive efforts
• Proactive to identify the efficiency bottleneck, research and improve process, tools, framework, etc
• Participate in PRD review and architectural design review. Be aware of the business logic, system architecture, and inner functioning of the product
• Work alongside developers as well as business stakeholders and strive to automate the acceptance criteria

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend server testing in software engineering-related industries with a deep understanding of system architecture, Middleware, database, MQ(Message Queue), etc i
• Experience with scripting/programming languages, preferably Python, Golang
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional and international partners
• Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong self-driving force and quick learning ability
• Strong concurrent task processing ability and efficient work output
