The job

  • Manage DHL Express Field Sales business in related area
  • Apply strategic planning to achieve profitable growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Monitor the Area’s KPI’s and take the necessary actions in order to increase the revenue & shipments and profitability
  • Responsible for development of his/her team by coaching sessions
  • Spend 75% of his/her time in field and perform coaching visits, Territory Planning Sessions on monthly bases
  • Closely monitor competitive activities in field and develop strategies accordingly
  • Ensuring the area’s financial target is achieved

The Person

  • University degree
  • Good command in English
  • Minimum 3 years of total Sales experience and/or team management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of DHL experience
  • Minimum 12 months experience in the current role
  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills
  • Professional and clear communication skills
  • Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations
  • Proven objection handling, prospecting and negotiation skills
  • B class driving licence
