Technical Recruiter

As our Technical Recruiter your will be responsible for full cycle recruitment to ensure an 'out of this world' candidate journey/experience. Also you will build internal relationships to improve hiring processes and better support the organization. The day to day will consist of sourcing, interviewing, internal advising, and being the living representative of our unique culture to prospective employees.

Role:

• Recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.
• Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Build strong pipelines and proactively source passive candidates.
• Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.
• Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology company — bonus if it's a hardware company
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
• Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
• Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data driven decision making
• Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks
• US Citizenship or Green Card

What we offer: 

Base pay is a single component of Astranis' total rewards package, which may also include equity in the form of incentive stock options, performance bonuses, high quality company-subsidized healthcare, disability and life insurance benefits, flexible PTO, 401(K) retirement, and free on-site catered meals.

Astranis pay ranges are infomed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.

Base Salary

$90,000—$115,000 USD
