The Sales department transforms yesterday’s narrow selling concept of buyer-seller relationships with our customers (retailers) into a multifunctional, collaborative approach designed to achieve our mutual objectives. You will work with P&G experts from Sales, Finance, Logistics, IT, and many others to develop the right business strategies and business plans to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for our products in the marketplace. You will be leading a significant part of our business and will be able to immediately see the results of your work.
