Western Express is currently looking to hire Body shop technicians at our shop located in Nashville, TN. Our fleet consists of 3,000 trucks that are 3 years or newer. Our fleet consists of International, Freightliner and Volvo Trucks. We're very excited about having a new fleet of trucks, and we need good technicians to help maintain the equipment. We are looking for Body Technicians, Painters, Assembly Technicians and Major Wreck re-builders.

Responsibilities:

• Paint and Paint Prep
• Sanding and prepping trucks for repairs
• Replacing minor to major parts on trucks
• Previous experience in a body shop is a plus but not required
• Some Tooling is required, larger tools will be provided by the company

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation, good work ethic and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Previous experience in a body shop is a plus
• Knowledge of compliance with OSHA, DOT, and CSA regulations
• Must be a forward thinking problem solver!

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in all elements
• Must have excellent communication skills
