Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily of operation of Document Management Centre in Wealth and Pension Division

Manage Indexing & Scanning Team and Payment Receipting Team for Group and Pensions business

Allocate and mobilize full team resource including permanent/contract and secondees to handle incoming requests meeting TAT and service level

Coordinate with IT, other departments, and printing vendor on printing related matters

Coordinate with FSA and assigned banks on payment related matters

Coordinate with Operations teams and external vendor on handling storage of hardcopy documents

Review and streamline work process and procedure to enhance productivity and service level

Participate in projects

Develop and coach team members

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in pensions or insurance industries, in which at least 3 years in managing role

Knowledge in operation of document management in pensions or insurance industries

Candidate with less experience may consider as Assistant Manager

Effective communication and people skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
