Our Key Problems To Solve,

Under the strict Compliance requirements, how to construct Global Live platform with Stability, better Performance (Low-Latency and High-Concurrency), Resilience and Efficiency.

Our Major Objectives are,

1. Ensure Global Live to meet compliance requirements, and promote cross-team architecture governance.

2. Build Global Live architecture with stability, low-latency and resilience to support long-term business development

3. Optimize end-to-end stability and engineering efficiency

The position is responsible for overall engineering efficiency throughout the entire development lifecycle in the Global LIVE team. The role involves building internal frameworks, tools, and platforms to enhance the online system's applicability while expanding the business worldwide.

What you will be doing:

• Building advanced, standardized, and user-friendly frameworks, tools, and platforms to improve development efficiency in the engineering team.
• Collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams to implement DevOps solutions to ensure compliance, scalability, and reliability of the system.
• Actively monitoring and identifying areas for efficiency improvement, working with business R&D teams and SRE, and building metrics to measure progress.
• Being able to handle complex online issue troubleshooting and guarantee SLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of backend development experience, proficient in at least one backend programming language, such as Go, Python, or Java.
• Familiar with common data structures and algorithms, possessing good programming habits and code style.
