Our department (Service Operations & Performance Management – SOM) is in charge of Transitional Applications and Decommissioning’s (TAD) IT Service Portfolio and Performance Management. The focus is on the optimization of AzT internal ITSM processes to achieve efficiencies in the steering of TAD run portfolio and Service Performance Management through scalable service operation standards. In collaboration with TAD units and other AZT functions, we aim to contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience. SOM is also heavily involved in the implementation of strategic IT transformation projects carried out on an international scale that focus on transforming the IT delivery model of our customers. By executing the projects across multi-functional teams, we aim to create transparency, simplify processes and continuously improve our services' quality for our customers.

You will

• You support our department in the preparation and execution of topics in relation to: Service Operations, Portfolio Management and Processes Optimization
• You support with global reporting activities and IT Service Portfolio documentation, including the optimization of them
• You are the touchpoint for different Service Owners in Allianz Technology to get a holistic picture on the IT Service Portfolio
• You drive the preparation, organization and recording of internal, executive & project meetings
• You engage actively with different stakeholder groups in ongoing Transformation Programs which impact the team activities

Your skills

• You are in an advanced stage of your studies, preferably in the area of Business (Business Administration, Business Mathematics, Macroeconomics), IT or Business IT
• You have some experience (academic or professional) in Consulting and /or Advisory
• Advanced computer skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent English communication skills
• You excel in teamwork and are passionate about taking new challenges
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
