  • Key Responsibilities:   
  • Collaborate with the team members regarding emerging platform technologies and long-term strategy recommendations
  • Work with world-wide development and operations teams to provide technical guidance for effective consumption of solutions
  • Provide mentorship on new technology and ensure effective integration of software solutions with other pieces of the technology infrastructure
  • Analyze, document, and recommend process improvements
  • Develop long-term secure software solutions that manage authentication and security across the enterprise  
  • Participate in technology solution implementations, upgrades, improvements, and conversions
  • Evaluate engineering and integration initiatives and provide advanced technical support to assess security practices, standards, and guidelines
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve complex application issues
  • Skills and Competencies:   
  • Ability to lead and provide effective guidance and be able to see solutions to their conclusion
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be self-directed, a fast learner and the flexibility to support new technologies and legacy applications.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to react to fast paced dynamic changing environments
  • IAM domain knowledge in areas such as modern authentication, authorization and role based access (RBAC) is highly preferred
  • Support experience in the global manufacturing industry preferred 
  • Qualifications:   
  • Knowledge of web technologies – e.g., ASP.net, AngularJS, TypeScript, Web APIs, RESTful services
  • Knowledge of development languages – e.g., C#, C++, Java, SQL and PL/SQL, PowerShell, .NET, Unix shell scripting
  • Knowledge of databases - MS SQL Server or Oracle
  • Experience supporting directory structures and services
  • Experience with deployment and support of Privilege Access Management (PAM) systems
  • Experience with deployment and support of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technologies
  • Identity federation solutions in the Cloud and SaaS environments
  • Federation and SSO technologies – SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC   
  • Knowledge of OS platforms – Windows / Linux with development and debugging experience preferred
  • Experience writing unit and system tests
  • Experience with source control and release management systems (DevOps)
  • Familiarity with fundamentals in one or more of the Cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS or GCP)
  • Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle standards
  • Knowledge of building identity solutions for mobile platforms preferred

Education and Experience:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
