Job Description
- Injection molding process development for new connector products
- Problem solving for connector series production
- Injection molding machine selection for different product class
- Injection molding machine release and management
- Centeral granulate suplier system management
- Create standards/documents: Operation Instruction, AM, 5S instruction, HSE instruction, Quality alert etc
- Review & updtae standards/documents when changes
- Daily review & follow up deviations in production: AM, Job setup
- Define standard reaction plan for deviations
- Define and follow up improvement actions for devations/failures
- Understand technical downtime and define preventative actions
- Poka Yoke implementation
- P-FMEA update input
Qualifications
University above in Molding field
3 years relevant working experience
Strong technical practical and theoretical background of plastic injection molding is preferred
