Job Description:

Overall

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs.
  • Prioritized focus and support of the in-region Cybersecurity & Enterprise Software Aggregator partners leading to the successful achievement of overall attainment of sales goals.
  • Drive focus & execution of partner sales enablement and division specific initiatives & programs with assigned partners regionally

Financial Targets

  • Assist sales teams in accurately identifying and developing opportunities for aggregators and partners in region. 
  • Analyze revenue trends and develop growth recommendations.
  • Assist with ensuring long-term stability and sustainability of Aggregator commercial and digital book-of-business.

Leadership, Teamwork & Planning

  • Work with Partner channels to identify and build relationships with key partners across solution sets. 
  • Identify and develop go-to-market initiatives.
  • Train and enable core and digital sales teams within region on global partner strategy, program and pricing updates.
  • Coordinate the execution of region wide division specific or partner enablement events / summits. (Momentum, virtual trainings)
  • Manage and optimize the Broadcom Digital and Commercial account lead qualification / lead share programs within region.
  • Liaise with Global Partner Program & Marketing teams and BU Product Marketing to leverage sales plays, marketing campaigns, and programs with target partners.
  • Correspond with sales and technical partner resources by developing an effective communications framework that informs partners of promotions, solution updates for region.
  • Liaise with the analyst community and other external stakeholders to influence Broadcom’s positioning in the market.
  • Review competitor assessments, industry assessment and competitive positioning across solution offerings.
  • Build relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors in region

Internal Business Processes

  • Actively participate in partner QBRs, account planning and account review sessions.
  • Disseminate feedback to business units and partner program office gained from client/partner experiences and issues to facilitate product, process or system and tool improvements.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge and adherence to Broadcom’s Code of Ethics and compliance requirements.
  • Management of the regional partner contra program budget including: MDF, funded head, rebates/ incentives, etc…

Other Requirements

  • 12+ years’ experience preferred in B2B IT/telecoms, hi-tech company with experience working in a partner facing role.
  • Great at relationship building - with ability to engage cross functional stakeholders, proven ability to proactively build relationships is a must.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator - Comfortable working in matrix environments, able to quickly build trust with remote teams and works to ensure others' success.
  • Self-starter - inspires others around them, can lead several initiatives at once, detail-oriented, agile, creative with a start-up mindset.
  • Strong business acumen with data driven mindset.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the year.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field. An MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese proficiency helpful
