This senior-level leadership position is responsible throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to consulting delivery, working closely with the Project Manager, Sales and Technical Support to ensure Client satisfaction. The Senior Resident Consultant will have technical and business process knowledge necessary to guide regional Clients through the analysis, design, implementation and integration, and adoption of one or more products. The Senior Resident Consultant knows and applies the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field, and has mastered the key responsibilities. The Senior Resident needs to be a seasoned Network Security expert. Required product experience in Symantec's BlueCoat Proxy product. Assignments can be broad in nature and the Senior Resident Consultant may serve as a resource to others to resolve complex problems and issues. In addition, the Senior Resident Consultant will be responsible for ongoing mentoring within the consulting team and must be an available resource for peer support.

Business travel of up to 50 percent or more yearly is possible for this position, but candidate must be able to successfully function with 100 percent remote work as needed to meet company and Client requirements.

Proxy SG, SSP/ISG, Management Center, Reporter, WSS - Required
CloudSOC, Security Analytics, Web Isolation - one or more highly Desired
Experience
Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience; at this level post-graduate coursework may be desirable
or
Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - 152,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
