The Role

The vision of the Link product family is to connect life sciences with key people to improve research and care. Key account managers in pharma use our product Link for Key Accounts to gather intelligence for driving customer-centric innovation and long-term sales.

As the Associate Lead Key People Profiles, you lead and develop a remote team of Web researchers that add data points of Key People's profiles to the Link for Key Accounts database, while following compliance and quality standards. You will design production processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements. You will partner with quality control to identify and eliminate the root causes of quality issues.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain a database of Key People Profiles within several target markets
• Improve Key People Profiles structure and data captured to align with customer needs
• Own your team’s KPIs and use them to manage performance
• Achieve a major error rate of <2%
• Scale the team to 70 data curators
• Develop individual contributors into team leaders

Requirements

• University degree in a business-related field (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering, information systems, operations, and supply chain management)
• Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization
• 3+ years of working experience, thereof at least 1+ years of leading a team
• Skilled with spreadsheets
• Comfortable working remotely in an international environment

• Skilled with SQL
• Connection with life sciences (education or professional experience)
