The Role

The vision of our Link product family is to connect life sciences with key people to improve research and care. Link for Key Accounts is a product that helps key account managers in pharma to build relationships with stakeholders that drive customer-centric innovation and long-term partnerships.

As the Associate Lead of Account Insights, you will lead and develop a remote team of web researchers who will collect key account documents, while following compliance and quality standards. You will design production processes and drive process improvements as well as technology solutions to aid in the automatic capturing of relevant information by document type. You will partner with quality control to identify and eliminate the root causes of quality issues.

You are highly motivated with a “can do” attitude. You are analytical, methodical, technical, and detail-oriented. You communicate effectively with managers, analysts, and software engineers. You are comfortable working remotely in an international environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop a large repository of key account documents within target markets
• Establish technology solutions to generate critical insights from the documents collected
• Own your team’s KPIs and use them to manage performance
• Monitor and improve efficiency, quality, and coverage metrics
• Scale and lead a team of 40 data curators

Requirements

• University bachelor's degree field related to business, engineering, or life sciences
• Managed business process design and optimization
• 1+ years of working experience in a fast-paced environment (including internships)
• Comfortable working remotely and leading large teams in an international environment

Nice to Have

• Industry experience in life sciences, healthcare especially around market structure and market access
• Skilled with SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Knime)
• Understanding of machine learning techniques
