Operational
Manage the Food & Beverage Sales Department on a daily basis and coordinate special events. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
Through the system and effective customer relationship management, the hotel and the customer maintain continuous contact to promote the hotel and achieve sales performance.
Manage the daily tasks effectively and update and record sales results as required.
Provide positive and useful work advice and support to the employees under the jurisdiction.
Share recommendations and guest comments to Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to reflect the current customer profile
Anticipate market changes and review operations when necessary
Responsible for the annual and monthly sales plan and task formulation of all restaurants in the whole hotel, and working closely with all relevant departments to ensure that the department achieves its stated goals, set up a team, and lead the catering sales team to complete the sales tasks.
Ensures all work is according to the business plan and department training task list.

Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff is aware of VIPs, special occasions, and daily specials; emphasis on upselling certain products;
Provides courteous and professional service at all times.
Ensures all associates maintain up-to-date awareness of Hotel product knowledge, current promotions, policy changes, and appropriate internal communication.
Attends hotel and Department training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.
Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, and health & safety.
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the Hotel, industry, and company.
