The Sr. Financial Analyst role is a key member of the Finance team supporting the Technology organization. This role will collaborate and partner with Technology leadership to support the budgeting and forecasting process, provide regular financial reporting, and develop complex financial models to analyze investment opportunities. Successful candidates will be self-motivated strategic thinkers who can analyze large data sets to identify insights that inform executive decision making. This role requires strong financial modeling skills and excellent communications skills.

What you will do: 

  • Engage in all aspects of headcount planning, expense budgeting, capital planning, forecasting, and long-term planning for the Technology organization.
  • Create, summarize and distribute clear, concise reporting of expenses, KPIs, and other metrics to senior leadership.
  • Perform variance and trend analysis to provide timely insights into financial results.
  • Analyze business initiatives and provide recommendations and key findings to senior leadership for decision making.
  • Create and manage dynamic financial models to drive insightful analytics.
  • Prepare and manage capital expenditure budgets, including the associated expense treatment.
  • Manage and improve expense allocation methodologies.
  • Actively work to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate and partner with cross functional teams.
  • Lead, mentor and/or train less experienced staff.
  • Assists with audit requests as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or in a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred.
  • Four (4) years of experience in finance roles with demonstrated progression in responsibility.
  • Knowledge of IT cost structure (project spending, hardware, software, internal labor, external labor, telecommunications, depreciation and amortization of capitalized costs, etc.).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with SAP and BPC modules.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Normal office working conditions.
  • During critical reporting periods overtime is expected (including weekends, evenings and holidays).

The salary range below shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Base Salary Range

$ 78,600.00-111,000.00
