Key Responsibility:

Develop a winning strategy for growth in the designated targeted industry sector, including target applications, competitor information, market data etc. Maintain and develop new training material, reference lists and sector specific material with support from Marketing and other relevant departments.

Support sales Teams and sales activities within the sector with the existing product portfolio.

Develop mid- and longer-term requirements in terms of product validations, new product developments, market trends, and market opportunities.

Technical project support for ongoing and new projects within the sector

Thorough documentation of applications, best practices, new trends and success stories

Frequent travelling to support critical customer visits, product trials, technical meetings, trade shows, sector specific events, etc.

Key Qualification:

Education Qualification: 

Bachelor’s degree/technical education or above 5+ years of experience in Food and Beverage or Pharmaceutical industries.

Technical Competence & Skills:

Self-organized and able to develop a clear vision and structure for the global sales organizations

Excellent presentation and time management skills

Experience with business development

Strong business sense, keen to business opportunities

Systematic thinking, outstanding planning and execution skills

Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Leadership Competence:

Excellent communicator

Well-organized, detail oriented, result oriented, customer oriented, ambitious and proactive

Willing to coach sales people and willing to drive changes

Relevant Experience:

5+ years of experience in Food and Beverage or Pharmaceutical industries.

Proven track record on consultative selling 

Ideally leveraging on a scalable customer base in the relevant targeted industries

Strong technical understanding of filtration and process requirements within one (or multiple) of our target sectors

Previous work experience at a filtration company active in these environments

Others (% of travel, language, etc.): 

Proficient (written and verbal) in English and Chinese

Ready to travel ~50% domestically in the Region
