Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly technical and business development Senior Solution Manager with proven successful records in the Telco and Edge computing industries. The ideal candidate would be able to understand the need of the customers and provide a well-thought-out solution to meet the customer's specifications and deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities include understanding the market trend for solution needs, serving as the escalation point for the global service team, managing roadmaps, and working with internal teams and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Present training material to the internal sales force as well as externally at customer sites.
• Work with sales, FAE, and product team to propose 5G ORAN solution/ Edge Computing to influence and win Telco and Enterprise accounts decision. 
• Drive technical issues to closure by engaging with other engineering teams to duplicate and debug.
• Communicate with eco partners to align the solution offering and solve the issues. 
• Strong project management skills and work cross-functionally with product management and field teams. 
• Build and maintain a network of business relationships, including the executive management of clients, prospects, and other referral resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's (or above) degree preferably in Computer Engineering or equivalent experiences.
• 7 years + experience in IT hardware industry/Telco solution is preferred.
• Understanding of Telco, Enterprises and Service Provider market, requirements, and technologies. 
• Knowledgeable with server system architecture, chassis, x86 architecture, hardware and applications.
• Experience with x86 architecture in IT is a plus. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Solid communication skills in both verbal and written, able to communicate with clients’ project managers / deployment engineers effectively.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
