Enterprise Systems and Processes Intent

CSL is a growth company, continuously investing in our promise to patients. Over time, our

core operations have increased beyond the intended capacity of our enterprise systems and

processes. We need to transform enterprise systems and processes into the engine of our future enterprise.

L2 – Global Head of Enterprise Systems and Processes (Level 12)

We are seeking a senior leader and head of Enterprise Systems and Processes for CSL. This

leader is accountable for aligning the path of enterprise systems and processes with the scale required by the growth of our company. The intent is to accelerate the integration and

optimization of end-to-end operations and enabling functions across plasma, vaccines, and

newly acquired businesses in nephrology and iron deficiencies. Our leadership expectation is to leverage enterprise systems and processes to drive business value, beyond cycle time and

productivity, towards seamless data flows and analytic models that drive business performance.

This leader also needs to manage the complexity of transition from multiple environments and technology debt towards a more sustainable and harmonized target architecture. Our

environment includes four instances of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), each with SAP as the anchor application, each requiring investment to maintain and operate annually. It is time for renewal of our ERP ecosystem. The transformation of enterprise resource planning into the engine of our future enterprise is a priority for this senior leader.

The scope of this role includes the optimization of business processes and data management across end-to-end operations and enabling functions. Business processes are order-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, hire-to-retire, and supply chain planning, in addition to

functional support for legal management, enterprise risk, facilities, and strategy. Data

capabilities include master data management, and the enterprise information flows that drive business performance analytics. In addition, this scope needs to be covered while managing seamless connections with plasma centers, manufacturing sites, and commercial affiliates across the globe.

This leader is experienced in large-scale change management in a regulated, multinational

environment. Deep knowledge of Enterprise Systems and Processes (including ERP, SAP and

MES) from a global and transformational perspective is required. We are seeking a leader with demonstrated abilities to scale a business through systems and processes.

Measures of performance are focused on extracting business value from Enterprise Systems and Processes, including customer satisfaction, cycle time of business processes, lower transaction costs, and the transition to analytics and data-driven decision-making, in both financial management and yield maximization. Additional measures include the speed and scale of transformation, and the ease of follow-on innovation.

This role reports directly to the Chief Digital and Information Officer of the company with

matrix reporting to a senior business officer and Executive Sponsor of Enterprise Resource

Planning, and Chair of the ERP Steering Committee, comprised of the business leaders for all operational and enabling functions.

Creating the Enterprise Systems and Processes organization consolidates existing groups

supporting I&T Business Partnering for Enabling Functions, I&T Data and Analytics for

Enabling Functions, and I&T Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Platform Ownership (across
