We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Call Centre Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a team of appointment setters that will be responsible for qualifying buyers looking to purchase off the plan apartments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and coach a team of appointment setters to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality results.
- Set team and individual performance targets and monitor performance against these targets on a regular basis.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the team has access to the necessary resources to deliver on their targets.
- Develop and implement processes to improve team performance and the customer experience.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Handle escalated customer queries or complaints as required.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in an outbound call centre environment.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve their targets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to challenges.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Experience working in the property or real estate industry would be an advantage.
