Job Description:

  • Facilitate the team in handling system requirements from the Cross Border Ecommerce department in multiple areas (business development, operations, business intelligence, marketing, payment, warehouse and logistics) 
  • Build up domain expertise to understand business requirements and identify strategic opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and put them into business requirement documents (BRD)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper product design for Cross Border business needs and conduct necessary testings
  • Conduct data analysis and prioritise requirements accordingly
  • Provide product solutions and support
  • Manage feature rollout closely with business teams

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or other related technical field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across local markets
  • Experience in system design / architecture or restful API design / implementation is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple projects from end-to-end and timelines effectively 
  • Able to take ownership with a self-starter mindset
  • Able to communicate business/technical information with stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
  • Full-time interns are preferred (6 months)
