Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee (FP&A-Business Finance Partner)

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Forecasting, Financial Analysis and highlighting Risk and Opportunities in meeting Revenue and AOI.
  • Partner directly with Operating teams and support teams to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
  • Forecast Revenue and Margins for the biz based on lead indicators and identify risks / opportunities in advance to help prioritize resource allocations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross -functional teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Help business in Decision making through CBA. Managing Deal Commercials, Contract Management, negotiations.
  • Identify and understand business challenges, propose and create solutions.
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Month close, Quarter close activities, DSO Governance, Varied Stakeholder Management.
  • Prepare Annual Operating Plan for the Clients. 
  • Monitor and identify any unexpected variances. Monthly reporting and analysis of business performance – Revenue and Margins, manage development & communication of financial update.
  • Evaluate Sales pipeline & partner with Sales leaders to assess revenue and gaps to targets.
  • Ensuring timely signatures of all financial documents with no Revenue loss. 
  • Working collectively with OTC teams for timely bill to the client and cash collections. 
  • Responsible for external and controllership teams audit queries

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

  • CA/ MBA Finance experience including relevant ears in FP&A/Business finance role

Preferred qualifications 

  • CA/MBA Finance with relevant of experience in finance Role 
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and Influencing skills.
  • Strong quantitative and Analytical competency.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS office tools & financial systems.
  • Good Communication Skills - Both written & verbal. The role requires active engagement with biz leaders and various functional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to do multi-tasking, meet deadlines, communicate effectively.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem - solving skills.
