Job Summary:

Centuria is seeking a qualified individual skilled in planning and managing the technical design, development, construction and delivery of information technology solutions for the NASA ITSS-III program. We are seeking an individual who is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in leading information technology operations programs. This individual will be responsible for all programmatic, personnel and contractual executions in direct support of the effort and should have demonstrated experience in managing IT services contracts (annual value of $5M per year) for the Federal government.

Facilitates technical and contractual implementation issues with customers to ensure conformance to customer requirements. Provide expert leadership, guidance, and supervision to less experienced personnel in regards to forecasting, tracking, and executing project - related tasks, budgets, and resource allocations. Manages all sub-contractor organizations in the execution of their taskings and efforts.

As a Program Manager, your focus will be defining and delivering quality project approaches, plans and results and facilitating technical and contractual implementation issues with customers to ensure conformance to customer expectations. You will serve as the primary customer business and technical point of contact and work proactively to resolve business and technical issues. You will demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills and be skilled at customer presentations

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop budgets and scheduling staff across multiple, simultaneous efforts
• Ensures that program execution properly meets the requirements of the contract and develops policies and procedures to adjust program activities for customer satisfaction
• Manage large scale projects as a Prime within the Government space that involves over 100+ staff and multiple sub-contractors
• Have the ability to take highly technical information and translate it to understandable terms and examples.
• Empower team to be fully functional and productive by working in close cooperation across roles and functions, internal and external to the technology team
• Review and recommend solutions to remove barriers to incremental progress and shield the team from external interference
• Promote continuous improvement by frequent operational interactions and assessments
• Responsible for on-time development and delivery of all Program related deliverables
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Develop new business within the existing program
• Manage shared resources, budgets, time estimates and scheduling
• Perform project quality reviews
• Resolve conflicts between government clients, Centuria team and sub-contractors
• Report status to customers and sponsors
• Develop and deliver proposals in response to US Government Task Orders
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Job Requirments:

• At least fifteen years of progressively responsible IT consulting experience including costing, planning, and execution. 
• In addition, individual should have eight years managing medium professional IT services engagements, including Federal program management experience. 
• Demonstrable experience in writing business/project plans, technical documents, presentations and proposals required. 
• Individual must have high degree of skills with the MS Office toolsets.
• A high degree of interpersonal skill in working with various levels of technical and business-oriented individuals is required. 
• Prior experience in a government consulting services environment is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree is required. Degree in a Business Management or MIS related field is preferred. 

Certifications:

PMP certification is preferred.

Must be able to maintain a NASA public trust clearance
