THE ROLE

As a (Senior) Management Consultant Data & Analytics within Intelligent Industry, you will help our clients in leveraging digital technologies such as cloud, edge, AI, data platforms, 5G, IoT and digitally transformed products and processes to address ever increasing market requirements.

The focus of your role will be enabling clients, to leverage the power of data & analytics efficiently and successfully throughout their enterprise, in order to optimize their business processes, improve their operations and drive performance improvement.

Working as a (Senior) Management Consultant, you’ll enjoy a variety of responsibilities including:

• Assessing client’s data and analytics maturity
• Helping clients defining a data strategy
• Implementing a new operating model which supports innovation and acceleration through data & analytics
• Identifying new use cases for getting value from data and prioritizing them
• Guiding AI implementation tracks
• Defining management and operational reports with high business impact
• You’ll be leading a team helping clients.
• You’ll be empowered to create new data led propositions to grow existing and new client accounts, to develop client relationships gaining recognition as a trusted client adviser and to provide thought leadership to advance your reputation as a trusted data partner with internal and external audiences.

They will NOT include:

• Developing machine learning & AI models
• Programming

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

Professional Background

We are looking for candidates who match the following criteria:

• Have at experience in at least one of the following industries:
• Automotive
• Energy & Utilities
• Life Sciences & Healthcare
• Telecoms
• Manufacturing
• Consumer Products
• Have experience in management consultancy

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

You hold:

• A Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science or similar.
• An MBA or an additional Master’s degree is a plus

PERSONAL SKILLS

• You are fluent in English and French or Dutch plus you have practical knowledge of the other Belgian national language.
• Fascinated by innovative technologies such as 5G, Edge Computing, IoT & AI.
• Passionate about data and how it can transform and improve businesses.
• Understanding of Data strategy, Data Governance, Data Modelling, Data Quality and Machine Learning or AI concepts and the ability to explain these concepts to business users in a comprehensible way.
• Eager to help companies organize themselves to make data a valuable asset, yet not seeking a job as a data scientist.
• Familiar with data visualization tools such as MS PowerBI.
• Experience in (Predictive) Asset Management/Product Lifecycle Management/Supply Chain or related topics.
