Responsibilities:
- To carry out the testing, commissioning and warranty servcing of HVAC equipment sold to our customer
- To conduct operator training for customer after T&C
- To supervise job carried out by subcontractors
- To maintain the service reporting system
- To communicate with factory for product quality enhancements
- To ensure all works are carried out according to our EHS policies
Requirements:
- Degree holder in related disciplines, i.e. Building Services, Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in service & maintenance of Commercial HVAC equipment & system
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in using MS applications, AutoCAD and BIM
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
