This position is a great opportunity for a Senior Manager to join our Process Excellence and Compliance Team within Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA), possessing expertise in Global Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs and Compliance topics, to complete the team with the right expertise and motivation to take regulatory compliance to the next level.

  • Developing, implementing and overseeing new innovative, strategic and efficient compliance programs, processes and tools within the GRA department
  • Willing to challenge the status quo with innovative and automated solutions to transform the compliance of GRA to that of market leader status
  • Broadening the scope of the Regulatory Compliance activities within GRA with the aim of becoming a strategic partner with all other GRA functions and supporting Global Quality teams
  • Acting as a consultant for GRA functions and an expert in the organization with a strong focus on managing all relevant compliance-related topics in GRA
  • Driving ongoing continuous improvement through communication with stakeholders and training on compliance standards, internal requirements, and best practices and ongoing evaluation regulatory compliance
  • Seamlessly operating in a global, diverse, and growing organization with many personal development opportunities

Education and experience

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in a Life Science (Science, Pharmacy, Engineering)
  • 7+ years regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Recognized subject matter expert in regulatory and/or quality compliance obtained through advanced education and work experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and in-depth knowledge of GxP
  • Fluent in English
  • Manages large projects or processes with limited oversight and with a solution oriented mindset
  • Organized, self-motivated, strategic, problem solving, and decision/results driven
  • Effective communicator with strong leadership skills, written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to establish a professional network with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing collaboration
