What You’ll Do? 

As a Servpro Production Technician/ General Laborer, you will report to the Production Manager and will be in the field responding to floods, fires and other types of restoration and mitigation situations. You will respond to service calls, perform services as assigned, and follow SERVPRO ® production guidelines. You will support and communicate with the Lead and other production personnel to make sure all customer needs are met. You will clean and maintain vehicles, equipment and the warehouse, as needed. 

Responsibilities 

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. 
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance. 
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. 
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project. 
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance. 
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines per work order and per crew chief directions. 
• Ensure clear two-way communication with Lead and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes, particularly regarding customer needs and concerns. 
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance. 
• Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling. 
• Work with leads, project managers, estimators, other technicians, property owners and insurance adjusters. 
• Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services. 

Who You Are? 

You are a hard worker and aspiring leader. You have a strong work ethic and act in a professional, mature, and enthusiastic manner. You have great communication skills, a great attitude and a willingness to get dirty! 

Requirements 

• Drive a company vehicle – you must have a satisfactory driving record 
• Be able to successfully pass a background check subject to Federal and Colorado State Law 
• High school diploma/GED 
• Effective written and oral communication 
• Basic math skills 
• One (1) year of experience as a general laborer, or in cleaning/restoration/ construction, or in a similar field 
• Familiarity and understanding of general tool use 
• Have a professional appearance and a great attitude 
• IICRC certifications is a plus 
• Be on-call in a rotation with other team members 
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary 
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance 
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
