Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Hong Kong office as part of the Financial Tech team in our newly established group, Lanyue.
The mission of this group is to help business leaders build transformative businesses including new business prototyping and launching, business transformation, etc. Your team works with companies that are facing critical transformative moments and need executional and operational level assistance, including but not limited to MNCs, conglomerates, as well as segment leaders.

You will also work with many experts, from data scientists and researchers to software and app designers.
What You'll Do
You will work as a client-facing consultant, bringing value directly to our clients across blockchain, crypto or fintech industries.
You'll help our clients solve the critical business issues by developing, designing, and implementing strategies and tailor-made solutions. You will do this by working closely with clients to assure effective and sustainable performance. This will include assembling and analyzing information, formulating and assessing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. From there, you will implement those recommendations with client team members.
Our projects cover a wide range of topics, from strategy to operations. In a typical project, you will own an end-to-end work stream, delivering key recommendations with help from the McKinsey Lanyue leadership.
