THE ROLE:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance professional to join the At Home team as Senior Finance Business Partner – Woolworths!

The role of Senior Finance Business Partner is responsible for partnering with senior sales leaders to drive value for our customers and shareholders by supporting business priorities and delivering strategic commercial insights to enable business growth. Senior Finance Business Partners are an integral member of the business unit leadership team and collaborate with CoE’s and Business Unit leaders to develop strategic insights on customer, market and supply chain performance to drive profitable revenue, working capital and EBIT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L management including support of planning, forecasting and budgeting cycles
  • Provide trusted financial advice to key stakeholders to align business direction and financial strategies
  • In partnership with BU leader/s, develop strong strategy / category plans to help drive growth
  • Work with Senior Analysts to conduct extensive financial and operational analysis on key metrics and generate options to leverage performance
  • Partner with business leaders to provide commercial input, drive revenue opportunities, costs savings and promotional opportunities
  • Support the development and execution of the business strategy, communicating cost savings and customer service opportunities, risks across the network and assessment of investment options to maximise asset returns
  • Uplift the commercial acumen of business unit leaders through proactive partnership and coaching
  • Support finance team leadership including recruitment, performance, reward, coaching, capability building and development

ABOUT YOU:

  • 8+ years’ experience in senior commercial roles partnering with General Managers or similar;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to build commercial awareness and understanding
  • A track record in building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders, understanding the objectives of all parties and identifying the associated risk and opportunities
  • A deep understanding of financial and commercial drivers as well as understanding of CCEP’s competitive environment
  • Strong influencing capability
  • Prior financial and P&L ownership
  • Strong coaching ability across Sales and Commercial teams
  • A proven track record supporting the adoption of complex transformational change through effective communication, skills development and knowledge sharing
