You’ll be working with our global Orpheus team of software, analytics, and procurement experts. You will be joining a fast-growing team in the procurement arena and taking cutting-edge technology solutions to clients.
Orpheus infuses best-in-class software technology and AI-based analytics with supply-market and category-sourcing expertise. You’ll be part of a team that develops core solutions for the digitally enabled procurement function of the future. This will involve all business value chain activities from product development to distribution and playing a strategic role in managing budgets and costs, anticipating and mitigating supply risk, driving compliance, and generating transparency on external spend in an organization.
What You'll Do
You will create a new scalable and enterprise- and mass-data-ready software product based on SAP cloud technology components (SAC, DWC, HANA) in close collaboration with SAP software development.
In this role, you will create KPIs and apply analytic methodologies and data visualization techniques, set up BI dashboards and create new analysis, and generate insights. Your end products will include measures/KPIs, scenario planners, budgeting solutions, reporting dashboards or data visualizations. This innovative analytics solution will cover procurement analyses as well as related areas like zero-based budgeting.
Together with consulting teams, project managers and clients, you will gain understanding of client and project requirements and discuss how to best implement new or customized analytics. Utilizing SAP BI solutions (e.g., SAC) or other visualization tools as well as statistical packages like R or Python, you will support and develop data analysis, KPIs, and dashboards to write customized reports.
Another important part of your work will be the continuous development and improvement of our standard data models and reports to analyze procurement data. Here, you will work closely with our software development and data science teams to create scalable solutions that can be brought to hundreds of clients per year.
