You will be based in the Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen office as part of our newly established group, Lanyue. The mission of this group is to help business leaders build transformative businesses including new business prototyping and launching, business transformation, etc. Lanyue works with companies that are facing critical transformative moments and need executional and operational level assistance including, but not limited to, MNCs, conglomerates as well as segment leaders.

What You'll Do
- You will apply advanced analytic techniques to identify where to focus and convert data and models into actionable insights.
- You will work closely with our business and technology consultants and our clients and help them in deriving insights from large data sets.
- You will be hands-on with data management and modeling activities as well as develop institutional skills and structures to sustain impact.
- You will also assist our clients in modernizing end-to-end data management infrastructures.
- By introducing advance analytics practices and knowledge transfer by design, your objective is to enable clients to lead change independently.
- Subject to experience, you will also lead the team to perform more comprehensive projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of working experience; responsible for or participated in more than 5 IT planning projects
- Experience in consulting projects; experience in well-known consulting companies
- Familiar with methodologies related to digital transformation, enterprise architecture, IT planning; familiar with distributed system, cloud architecture, DevOps, artificial intelligence, blockchain, etc.
- Familiar with ERP, MES, HR, OA applications with implementation experience from one of them
- Familiar with mainstream technology architecture; ability to make IT strategic development plan and technical route according to client’s business development
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to write platform and system architecture planning and design materials
- Good leadership and team skills
- Strong ability to work under pressure
- Willing to travel
