We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Business Analyst - Business Enablers Technology (f/m/d). The position can be filled in our Frankfurt office.

We are seeking for a Business Analyst to join Allianz Global Investors Change & Delivery team to support HR, Finance, Legal & Compliance and Risk areas globally. This job requires an experienced analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organisation, actively drive results, proactively identify, resolve problems, and make challenging decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business analysis and project management for change initiatives in Business Enabling functions, including HR, Finance, Legal & Compliance and Risk
• Solution design based on understanding needs and issues of business users in the context of the AllianzGI strategy
• Vendor and service management to ensure the high-quality services are delivered
• Application management and maintenance to enable businesses to perform their daily operations consistently and optimally

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study
• Ideally 5 years of experience within business analysis/ project management, preferably with a global financial institution
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in budgeting, prioritising, scheduling, and driving projects from initiations to delivery is a plus
• Have taken part in software development life cycle and be familiar with software change management process
• Proficiency in English and good communication skills. Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is a plus
• Multitasking, and proactive thinking
