Motion Graphics Producer
Position Summary
The Motion Graphics Producer will serve a key part of the new studio environment at the Atlanta Falcons facility – reporting to the Director of Video Production. This role will create content and assets alongside the digital video production team for the Falcons. This individual will create motion graphics for videos, the LED digital boards in the new Falcons’ Ticketmaster Studios, and social media elements. They will also be part of the control room environment, executing the graphical implementation for live-to-tape productions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate will be the primary motion designer within the digital video team.
- Candidate will create assets for the Falcons production studio – both for graphical assets overlays, such as lower thirds, segment graphics, and end slates, while also creating assets for the digital displays within the set elements.

- Candidate will present concepts with storyboards, references, samples, and/or other production design sample work.
- Candidate must be able to produce project files for the digital video staff. (For example: an AE project of lower thirds or sponsorship elements for editors to use in their projects.)
- Candidates will assist in the execution of live and live-to-tape productions in the Falcons’ Ticketmaster Studios – often running the graphical implementations of those shows.
- Candidate will manage and assist with all motion graphic production equipment, which may include (but not limited to) switcher, replay systems, audio boards, lighting, cameras, microphones, etc.
- Contribute compelling content ideas for Falcons digital mediums to support overall Falcons’ brand strategy.
Qualifications and Education
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic and video production. Experience in sports is preferred; not required.
- Bachelor’s Degree
Requirements
- Candidate must have knowledge Ross Xpression software and understand Ross Xpression Encoder, Dashboard and Inception software.
- Candidate must be proficient in all aspects of graphic and video post-production including (but not limited to) Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, Photoshop) and any associated plug-ins.
- Candidate must be able to work well under pressure, be self-motivated and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Candidate must be able to work well with the other creative teams within AMBSE, the digital video team and social media team in order to collaborate and establish an effective workflow within the team environment.
- Candidate must be able to adapt to ever changing requests, design edits and/or revisions and must be able to take direction and produce an approved finished product in a timely manner.
- Candidate must be flexible in working hours including nights, weekends and holidays when needed.
