Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will help support the execution of assigned Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, and Hard Rock Stadium marketing campaigns, with assistance on Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix campaigns as needed. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver imaginative programs that deliver against the company’s brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing team on strategy for revenue driving departments including key ticket sales and service campaigns and the creation and execution of corporate partnership assets
- Lead day to day projects for Miami Dolphins Community, Foundation, Dolphins Challenge Cancer, and Youth Programs teams, with supervision by the Marketing Strategy team
- Contribute to the overall strategy building and ideation for marketing brand and revenue initiatives
- Work with project management team to outline and deliver key marketing assets for campaigns including digital assets, collateral, and signage
- Collaborate with video, creative, and social media teams to identify content opportunities that support overall brand objectives
- Confidently communicate with manager level employees and above, discussing their marketing goals and objectives, and working to achieve those goals by effectively executing their projects
- Use stellar attention to detail to ensure minimal edits and issues in marketing creative assets, digital marketing assets, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Be a collaborative, passionate, results-oriented person who wants to make a difference
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize, mediate and cope with rapid change and be comfortable with problem solving while maintaining calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills managing across multi-functional, internal, and external teams
- Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic company
- Demonstrate an ability to balance a variety of different projects simultaneously
- Able to apply a creative eye at all stages of creative plan development
- Thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously
