Description and Requirements

We are hiring a Summer 2023 Intern to join the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) as a Project Manager. In this role you will be responsible for execution of CSP NPI Manufacturing and fulfillment plans. This role will be located at in Morrisville, NC and will report to the Director of Procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage RFQ (Request for quotation) schedule and develop sourcing strategy to meet technical and business requirements
• Drive cost competitiveness with product design, business demand (Segment) and finance target (Cost)
• Achieve ESP (Early Ship Plan) commitment by coordination with supply chain stakeholders to achieve business growths
• Manage supply chain all functions to run NPI ramp-up
• Review CTO (Configurator to Order) Strategy
• Initial World Wide manufacturing and fulfillment plan
• Customer Qual SCRR (Supply Chain Readiness Review), including customer qualification plan
• L10/L11 Manufacturing Sourcing Plan
• Kickoff the Common DFX process (Design For Excellence)
• MDRR/MRR (Manufacturing & Development Readiness Review)
• Provide support for the following:
• New product design process checkpoint review
• Early Ship Plan (ESP) Requirements and Plan
• NUDD (New Unique Different Difficult) and Lesson Learn review

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor level courses obtaining a degree in Business Management, Organizational Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration
• Previous internship experience or related project work
• Supply Chain experience or relevant course work
• Previous Project Management experience is a plus
• Junior or Senior level students strongly preferred

The base salary range for this position is $23-$33.
