QUALITY ENGINEER – tooling

Currently, for our team, we are looking for quality engineers with experiences in stamping/tooling.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• monitor the dies sets from the delivery of resources on the launch
• site to the ramp-up (if a dies arrives directly on site, it is managed as
• a dedicated tryout dies sets, with a milestone at the end of sheet
• 119).
• In conjunction with the Project Manager, mission the Technician
• specialist Stamping dies sets is to monitor the dies sets from the
• delivery of resources on the launch site to the ramp-up (if a dies
• arrives directly on site, it is managed as a dedicated tryout dies sets,
• with a milestone at the end of sheet 119).
• He is, in this phase, the privileged interlocutor of the factory,
• suppliers (external services), and as such, coordinates the
• development, the on-site assemblies and modifications
• management.
• Launch of new projects to production.
• Animation of suppliers to provide the static & dynamic tests.
• Performance and quality improvement.
• Material consumption improvement
• Implementation of product changes to serial running process

KPI:

• Tools stopping rate
• Mechanization stopping rate
• Wiping stopping rate
• At the end of the adaptation TRYOUT, it validates the dies with the
• factory.
• At the end of the mechanizations and the adaptation TRYOUT, parts . Implementation of product changes to serial running process

Skills & Knowledge:

• 3 – 5 years of experience from Stamping Shop
• Microsoft office working (excel files providing especially)
• AutoCAD CATIA, VPN, PLM
• Slovak + English language skills

Education & Experience:

3 years of experience in automotive industry
