Your Team 

Reporting to the Transformation Engagement Manger, Global Transformation Office the team is committed to orchestrate business transformation with a focus on vision, values and technology. 

The Impact You Will Have 

Our team is looking for a working student to support with the execution on strategy of Global Transformation Office initiatives for Technical Excellence to support profitable growth and to move to global commercial insurer market leader.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include

• Collection and analysis of information, especially on the transformation management and delivery
• Collection for and maintaining of business information for technical excellence steering and reporting
• Communication-related support of Global Transformation Office initiatives 
• Relevant communication and collaboration with key stakeholders in the performance of the given role
• Support in preparation of Global Transformation Office presentations, debriefs and trainings

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Currently enrolled in university
• Fluent in English (German is beneficial), communication in the international team will be in English 
• Exposure to both shared and outsourced solutions, as well as support of inhouse information and communication system in a multi-site environment
• Management of Information System and data handling
• Analyse how the changing elements of a market impact customer behaviour
• Ability to formulate recommendations to address threats and opportunities
• IT skills (Office Applications) 
• Active team player 
• Conversation, presentation and listening techniques
• Self-organized, structured and efficient way of working
