Your Opportunity

As a Senior Automation Engineer who will join our dev team, you will be responsible for leading our automation infrastructure and framework - building, developing, and maintaining. Be at the forefront of our product quality, by allowing our dev team to move fast, and catch issues before they reach our clients.

Here are a few of the things you'll do…

  1. Design, build, and maintain automation framework and infrastructure for both web and mobile.
  2. Keep automation current, flexible, and designed to work within a continuous integration/deployment framework.
  3. Take a lead role in setting the tone for best practices and as a mentor for the team.
  4. Take part in setting and communicating automation strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in automation frameworks (both web and mobile). - Must
  • 3+ years of experience in developing automation infrastructure. - Must
  • Strong object-oriented based programming, debugging/troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in CI/CD methodologies and tools like Codefresh, Jankins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Fluent in QA and agile methodologies.
  • Best practices in planning and test writing.
  • Experience with Version Control System (GIT).
  • Strong mentoring skills & self-learning.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • High technical skills, and deep knowledge of automation best practices.
  • Deep understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
  • Experience in SaaS web-based applications.
  • Fluent in English in reading and writing.
  • Experience with Playwright. - advantage.
  • Experience in leading an automation team - advantage
  • Knowledge in TypeScript - advantage.
  • Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS, etc). - advantage
  • Experience in working with container solutions like (Docker, and Kubernetes) - advantage
  • BSc in Computer Sciences or equivalent - advantage
