About The Company:

About The Role:
The IT QA Test Analyst consults with and assists business areas to conduct end to end testing and support UAT of software to ensure they meet customer expectations and demand.
The role translates business needs and requirements into testable acceptance criteria for the projects and development streams. It is an important conduit between IT and vendors and translates business objectives and requirements to e2e verification and works across multiple vendors to ensure quality of deliverable is met.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and assist business unit/project leaders to develop test plan, test cases and conduct end to end testing
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
- Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
- Monitor, track and report on issue status to business units/project leaders
Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years of IT QA, end-to-end UAT Testing for Web, ecommerce and CRM related projects.
- Experience in Leading and executing testing and UAT in complex and high-volume work environments
- Tertiary qualifications in IT
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative customer-focused solutions
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, prioritise and execute under strict deadlines
- Extensive experience in effective stakeholder management across multiple regions
