Excellent opportunity for a Level 1/2 Desktop Support Engineer to be employed on a long term State Government contract, with a focus on development and technical up-skilling to help launch your career in I.T. 

In order to be considered for this role you must be/have: 

  • ITIL Foundation Certificate (or equiv. experience) 
  • Relevant experience in a similar technical service desk role within a medium to large organisation
  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory and a good understanding of networking aspects such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
  • Experience with ticket logging tools and documentation such as ServiceNow
  • Able to work rotating roster arrangements between Mon-Fri 9.00am – 6:00pm in Parramatta
