As a Client Engagement Lead, you will be leading the customer success and customer engagement initiatives for our Digital Learning Solutions. You will be responsible for customer delight while cross-selling, and up-selling our solutions during the pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales phases.

What you will be doing

  • Lead pre-sales & post-sales efforts for all digital solutions for McGraw Hill India·
  • Work closely with the account managers to give professional onboarding, technical services, and product trainings to the end users to help them grow the accounts
  • Own the renewals business and upsell to existing customer to maximize the revenue opportunities from the existing customers·
  • Periodic forecasting and reporting of the digital revenues for all product lines·
  • Identify customer’s problems/needs/ requirements and make strategic recommendations using all our solution suite and knowledge base as a consultant/ guide
  • Successful pre- and post-sales implementation/deployment of McGraw Hill digital products and platforms across higher education and test prep segments·
  • Work with the marketing teams in India and globally to develop value stories, white papers and other advocacy pieces for driving value-based selling for McGraw Hill’s digital solutions.4. 
  • Handle technical/ non-technical customer queries related to product usage or LMS integration, LTI Compliance etc and mitigate them within defined SLA

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-7 years of related experience, preferably in platform/software sales and deployment or education sales and delivery/ execution.
  • Experience in creating and implementing digital strategy & roadmap for customers·
  • Should be a great Show-n-Tell Presenter with great communication skills·
  • Consultative/Solutions selling experience across education, media and/or software or cloud-stack·
  • High proficiency levels with workplace tools and software applications like Office 365 and SFDCAs an education innovation company
