You will work with a variety of roles and teams across Epic to help manage employee compensation and the employee stock program. You will play a key role in supporting Epic's equity plans, serving as a primary point of contact for participating employees. You'll also play a role in our business operations by helping to run and continuously improve our domestic and international compensation programs. Working with stakeholders and executives, you will help identify and implement creative solutions to company needs. Responsibilities include the coordination of annual base pay increases, incentive pay and role transfer compensation, as well as one-time and recurring projects.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for creativity and process improvement, strong oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to work independently, and a knack for simplifying complex topics into something easily understood.
