Business Overview of BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking – M&A Real Estate
Our role is to assist BNP Paribas clients active in the real estate, leisure & tourism and healthcare services sectors in achieving their external growth or asset disposal objectives by providing advice on mergers, acquisitions, sale and asset disposals, as well as on how to tap the capital markets for equity funding.
Fully integrated within our broader global banking businesses, we leverage also on the full spectrum of relevant financing, foreign exchange, debt and risk management solutions associated with any strategic transaction.
With teams on the ground in Paris, London, Milan and Frankfurt, the Real Estate Industry Group (“REIG”) has a pan-European multi-country setup and is part of the wider Global Banking EMEA practice which encompasses also client coverage, capital markets and financing businesses.
Primary Responsibilities
The intern will support the Real Estate Advisory team in the following tasks:

Contract type and Remuneration
The offer will be a full time 6-months internship and it’s dedicated to all students or recent graduates (twelve or less months after graduation).
The Company provide a monthly monetary contribution.
