JOB SUMMARY:
Develop custom applications based on the needs of football operations. These duties are accomplished through knowledge of front end or full stack, modern web application development and various other programming languages.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop innovative, functional and efficient custom application solutions for project and operational needs using various programming languages and interacting with different types of football data and hardware technologies.
- Contribute to the entire app lifecycle by collaborating with key stakeholders, tailoring solutions to their requirements, and developing and supporting front-end UI/UX and back-end requirements.
- Optimize, maintain or port over existing systems.
- Collect, import, mine, interpret and visualize data from various sources including SQL databases and application programming interfaces.
- Maintain availability during on- and off-hours for immediate, in-person or phone support and remote troubleshooting.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science emphasizing in application development or equivalent
- 2+ years of full stack modern web application development experience is required (React framework, Javascript front end, Node.Js). Experience with Redux preferred.
- 2+ years experience in all facets of application development, including analysis, design, programming, testing and support.
- Experience with SQL (e.g. database design, querying, stored procedures) is required.
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, within a team environment.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
- Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Operates in a professional office environment.
- Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
