Job Summary:
This position will collaborate with Provider Operations to:Prioritizing, organizing, and carrying out defined work duties/expectations.Assist in developing/maintaining Unit operational policies and proceduresActively participate in Unit discussions/meetings. Utilize systems, monitoring tools, and business procedures to support internal controls and carry out assigned tasks.To be a knowledgeable (subject matter) expert on topics that come in through escalations, provider operations engagement team (via phone call, email), or on live web.Support vendor monitoring activities.Assist the Provider Operations Team with efforts to reduce audit findings.Assist with compiling data reports to reflect monitoring and oversight performance.Participate in provider outreach and provider support activities as needed.Draft business correspondence and data collection documents.Work with management to prioritize needs
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Prefer degree in business, or related field or experience.
