Student Conduct Office Operations Coordinator

The primary focus of this position is to serve as the office operations coordinator and support case management for referrals of alleged violations of the relevant university policies. The office operations coordinator is also responsible for day-to-day business needs necessary to operate Student Conduct including, but not limited to, business and office management, case management, and communication and collaboration. This position is part of the Student Conduct team and reports to the director of Student Conduct. This position may be eligible for hybrid or remote work. Business & Office Management * Maintain office procedures and welcoming environment. * Oversee daily office logistics. * Ensure that all information is properly maintained and stored confidentiality. * Possess strong analytical skills to create and maintain accurate and complete statistical reports on a regular basis utilizing Maxient database. * Maintain and reconcile invoices in collaboration with the director and make purchases in accordance with university, state, and federal policies. * Coordinate travel and lodging for University and professional development events using Concur. Case Management * Create and maintain student disciplinary records and requests in accordance with state retention policies and case management best practices. * Send timely correspondence to students, faculty, and staff, such as disciplinary case information, administrative holds and transcript notations, and other case communication. * Review and collect referrals, incident reports, and police reports. * Oversee and support the scheduling of meetings and communicate with relevant campus partners regarding scheduling and case information. Communication & Collaboration * Update and maintain office website and respond to office email, phone, and written correspondence. * Provide strong interpersonal and written communication skills with an understanding of the diverse university environment when being the first point of contact for the office. * Provide accurate information regarding the Instrument of Student Judicial Governance, the University's Alcohol Policy, and all other relevant policies. * Respond to conduct checks from campus partners and provide timely and accurate information to University officials charged with collecting data for state/federal reporting purposes.
